By purchasing a membership, using our website, or participating in our affiliate/associate programs, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership and Billing

Your initial payment of $249.99 includes a $100 setup fee and first month’s membership
Subsequent months are billed at $149.99/month until canceled
Membership includes educational resources and consultation access only
Professional implementation of services is available at discounted member pricing

2. Cancellations

You may cancel at any time
To avoid the next charge, you must cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date
Cancellations after that window will apply to the next billing cycle

3. No Refunds

4. Affiliate & Associate Program

Affiliates earn commissions for direct sales only
Associates must maintain an active membership to earn Matrix or Matching Bonuses
Inactive accounts will be downgraded to affiliate status and removed from the matrix after 90 days

5. Acceptable Use

No spam, misrepresentation, or misuse of our brand or tools
Violations may result in account suspension or termination
