Please Read Before You Join

By enrolling in the New Wealth Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• No Refunds: All payments made for the membership, services, and setup fees are non-refundable, including the one-time enrollment fee and any monthly payments. Please be sure you are fully committed before signing up.
   
• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request at least 7 days before your scheduled draft date. Cancellations requested after this period will be effective the following billing cycle.
   
• Payment Terms: The initial cost to join is $249.99, which includes a $100 one-time setup fee and your first month’s membership. After that, your membership renews at $149.99/month until cancelled.
   
• Membership Includes Education & Consultation Only: Your membership gives you access to education, digital resources, and consultation across all five Prosperity Pillars. Professional implementation of services (e.g., tax filing, business credit building, etc.) is optional and billed separately at discounted member rates.
   
• Affiliate & Associate Earnings: All affiliate and associate commissions are paid on active accounts only. You must have an active membership to qualify for Associate-level compensation, including Fast Start Bonuses, Matrix Pay, and Matching Bonuses. Missed payments may result in account downgrade and/or removal from the matrix.
   
• Downgrade to Affiliate: If your membership becomes inactive, you will be automatically converted to a standard Affiliate, earning only affiliate-level commissions (if applicable) and losing all matrix and associate-level earnings and positions. If reactivated within 90 days, your previous matrix position and downline will be restored. After 90 days, reactivation will require a new enrollment and you will be placed at the bottom of the matrix.
   
• Compliance & Integrity: We reserve the right to terminate any membership or affiliate/associate account for violation of our policies, misuse of services, unethical business practices, or conduct that negatively affects the reputation of New Wealth Society or its members.
   
• Service Availability: All service delivery and timelines are subject to availability, client responsiveness, and cooperation. Some services may require documentation, verifications, or third-party involvement.
   
• Earnings Disclaimer: While many of our members experience positive financial results, New Wealth Society makes no income guarantees. Earnings depend entirely on individual effort, execution, and external market conditions.
   
• Modifications: Pricing, features, and compensation plans may be updated periodically. Members will be notified in advance of any major changes.
